Staff was fantastic. Answered every one of my questions with masterful artistry. I felt incredibly welcome in the store. I highly recommend this location, no matter your level of expertise regarding sewing, knitting, or even quilting.

Love this place! Always lots of staff to help in a world where service is foreign and blamed on covid. Super cool items on display to give you new ideas. Clean material and a great selection. My top place to get crafting !!

The customer service I recieved was horrible. I asked a young lady for help to find something and she just pointed. I was interrupting her time with a co-worker that was working on a craft. Sorry I thought it was part of your job to assist customers. I did tell the cashier on the way out, she said she would relay my complaint. Today I decided to do a review on the poor customer service.

Loved the hardware I was able to get for hanging my drapes up. The sale helped a lot, I was able to get higher end than originally planned for. I was not a "member", (could not sew to save my life). This was the problem with the shears I needed, only on sale for members. I was asked if I was a member but not informed about how to become one or about it's benefits. Clean store friendly staff

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to for this Fabricland location because they always do such a great job of helping my sister and I find what we need. They’re very patient when explaining stuff to beginners at sewing. 10 out of 10 experience each time we shop here.

Visited Fabricland in Barrie, hoping to find some guidance as a newcomer to sewing. Unfortunately, my experience was far from welcoming. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting me and often spoke condescendingly. Their attitude made me feel uncomfortable, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that they were judging me. I’d hoped to find a friendly place to fuel my new hobby, but I left feeling discouraged. I hope others have a better experience, but I’m hesitant to return.
